Who We Are
Founded in 1995, the Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation of Metropolitan Baltimore seeks to identify and invest in young people, especially Black men, in the Baltimore area. Our purpose is to support the philanthropic interests of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter thereby improving the human condition for the Baltimore Metropolitan area’s communities, families, and individuals in need.
KAΨFMB Vision
The vision of the KAΨFMB is to assume a leadership position in Baltimore to improve the quality of life and futures of the disadvantaged citizenry of the Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
To fulfill our vision, the KAΨFMB:
- Leverages the Human and Financial Resources of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter
- Cultivates a Culture of Giving within the Baltimore Alumni Chapter, and
- Educates the members of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter to ensure that they are able to make sound philanthropic decisions
