The Foundation’s purpose is to support the philanthropic interests of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter thereby improving the human condition for the Baltimore Metropolitan area’s communities, families and individuals in need.
KAΨFMB Vision
The vision of the KAΨFMB is to assume a leadership position in Baltimore to improve the quality of life and futures of the disadvantaged citizenry of the Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
KAΨFMB Mission
The mission of the Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation of Metropolitan Baltimore is to inspire Baltimore’s youth to realize their potential and to improve the quality of life for the distressed communities of Metropolitan Baltimore through community service, youth development and charitable giving.
To fulfill its mission, the KAΨFMB:
- Leverages the Human and Financial Resources of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter,
- Cultivates a Culture of Giving within the Baltimore Alumni Chapter, and
- Educates the members of the Baltimore Alumni Chapter to ensure that they are able to make sound philanthropic decisions
